Our job as general contractors is to organize and help execute every aspect of your construction project, from developing blueprints to finalizing inspections and everything in between. During the initial consultation and planning phase, we help you settle on final design and materials in consideration of your budget. We work with all necessary trades, architects, engineers, and specialty subcontractors to execute on project plan. We manage all phases of the project to quality standards, schedule, and budget.

DOES MY REMODELING JOB NEED A PERMIT?
It depends on the size and type of remodeling job. During the consultation, we will discuss any building permits needed, and our services include applying for the proper building permits. This is one of the main benefits of hiring a general building contractor for your remodeling job.
