As a General Building Contractor, we specialize in whole house renovations and remodels. Many of our clients are homeowners looking to remodel their kitchens, baths, master bedrooms, and home offices. When you get in touch with us about your upcoming build, we take the time to understand your objectives and your overall vision for the project.

Whether you already have blueprints drawn up or if you are still brainstorming ideas, our experts will meet you where you are. When we meet for an initial consultation, we’ll discuss how you intend to use the space and the overall aesthetic you’re looking to achieve. We take your input alongside our industry knowledge to develop a construction plan, estimate, and timeline.

During construction, we keep you well-informed, and maintain a job site that is well-organized, clean, and secure. Our client base consists largely of word-of-mouth referrals for our quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.

IT ALL BEGINS WITH THE CONSULTATION

The first step of any project is the consultation. This is our opportunity to meet in person, see the physical space, and discuss your goals for the project. We will review how you will use the space, taking into consideration your unique requirements and design preferences.

With the information gathered from our initial consultation, we put together a detailed questionnaire specific to your project. The result is a shared understanding of project concept, design, and specifications – around which we can build an estimate.

If you already have a design plan to execute, we will work with existing plans. Most of our clients don’t have architectural plans, so creating one is often part of our process (we have a separate fee structure for design plans).
